At AI Agency AU/NZ, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital and customized nature of our AI products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase or subscription has been made. However, exceptions may apply under certain conditions, as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may consider a refund request if:
-
You experience a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
-
You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
-
The product or service was not delivered as described on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
-
Change of mind after access or delivery.
-
Partial usage of a system or plan.
-
Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, calendars, etc.).
-
Setup or onboarding services that have already been completed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at aiagencyaunz@gmail.com within 5 days of your purchase. Include:
-
Your name and email used during purchase.
-
Order number or receipt.
-
A detailed reason for the refund request.
Our team will assess your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle once the service period has started.
6. Australian Customers – Your Rights Under the ACL
For customers in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair the product or service within a reasonable time.
For more information, please visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
7. New Zealand Customers – Your Rights Under the CGA
For customers in New Zealand, our goods and services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product or service fails to meet the guarantees under the CGA, you have the right to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
